A decaf version of one of our best-selling local blends. We hand blend medium and French roast Brazilian coffee for a full-bodied and crowd-pleasing brew. We have carefully curated this blend to match the boldness of our usual Reading Blend, without the caffeine. If you’re looking for a decaf cup to inspire any part of your day, this is the blend for you.
How was this coffee decaffeinated?
These beans were decaffeinated using the CO2 processing method, thought to be one of the more natural and environmentally friendly decaffeination methods. Pressurized CO2 is shot at the beans, which helps to extract the caffeine molecules. Other natural flavors in the bean are largely preserved, making it an ideal method for coffee lovers who enjoy the full coffee flavor experience, without the caffeine.
