In this blend, we offer a spirited combination of medium roast Indonesian and French Roast Peruvian coffees. A syrupy, balanced blend for those who enjoy full-bodied, dark coffee. It’s probably not available in San Francisco, unless you get it shipped from us. :)
The Story
The west coast of the US has often been at the forefront of the different coffee “waves” – when coffee culture experiences big changes. One of the most prominent is the Second Wave, with the introduction of specialty coffee to the greater population. Being a major port for coffee trade in the early 1900s, San Francisco played a role in these shifts in coffee. Old City Coffee honors this west coast coffee culture with this blend.
