This shade grown, Dark American roasted special is produced in a similar traditional fashion by smallholder farmers in 5200” elevation highlands. Similar to neighboring Java and Celebes/Sulawesi plantations in the eastern part of Indonesia. Papua New Guinea offers a glowing chocolate and nutty flavor personality, with medium body and citrus brightness than most coffees in the region. New Guinean thus has a unique characterization of possessing the positive attributes of both Indonesian and Central American coffee.
