From a family-owned business in the Chiriqui province of Panama, this single origin has hints of its neighboring country of Costa Rica in its flavor profile, while still giving it's own sweet, rather than acidic twist on the cup it brews. Cold winds coming off the Atlantic funneled through the Panamanian Mountains create a distinct cup from that of Costa Rica and other countries in the Central American "Bean Belt".
