This organic coffee is sourced from a Fair Trade certified collective known as the Cooperativa Cafe Timor (CCT). This cooperative partners with very small farms located in high altitude districts of Timor-Leste including Ainaro, Atsabe, Ermera, and Lequisa, as well as the Aifu region. Its syrupy finish is made even better by this coffee’s rich, sweet flavor profile.
