Weekly Special - Full City Organic Java

This organic coffee comes from the Koperasi Serba Usaha co-op, founded in 2015 to bring together smallholder farmers in the Kayumas and Taman Dadar regions of Java. This cooperative is dedicated to producing high-quality, Organic-certified coffee while sustaining diverse crops like avocado, ginger, and durian. This wet-hulled coffee delivers the hallmarks of Java’s tradition: a full body, low acidity, and smooth notes of cedar, dark chocolate, and vanilla, with a gentle sweetness that makes it a timeless offering. For this week, we roast it to Full City to bring out even more sweetness and add a bold kick to the cup.
