Weekly Special - Organic Dark Bali Blue Moon

This certified Organic special is roasted darker than our usual Bali offering, resulting in a flavor that is balanced, sweet, and nutty. This coffee is processed using a traditional Indonesian technique; the coffee hull is removed while there's still a high moisture content, resulting in a coffee that is smooth with low acidity.
