Pink Bourbon is a unique and sought after variety. Once thought to be a hybridization of Red and Yellow Bourbon, however recent genetic testing shows that it is more closely related to Ethiopia landrace varieties of wild coffee. This leads the coffee to have a very interesting flavor profile; the more grounded, traditional notes of Colombia, while also having a funky, fruity flavor associated with Ethiopia.
