A smooth and light single origin from the San Miguel Mill in Ahuachapán, El Salvador. This mill is a well-established family-owned business, and their traditions have been passed down through six generations! This family *definitely* knows coffee. Their decades of coffee expertise result in a beautifully creamy cup with notes of chocolate and almond.
