The Story
This premium Arabica boasts a classic Sumatra flavor, with its syrupy body and low acidity. In the medium roast, the earthy finish is more pronounced and balanced against a light acidity compared to other roast levels. Grown on farms from the Aceh region in Sumatra, these coffee trees flourish with fertile volcanic soil and a rainforest climate, ultimately resulting in a distinctive Sumatran cup.
