Old City Blend is our signature medium-dark roast blend. Old City Coffee opened in 1985 in Old City Philadelphia, and we honor that history with this famous house blend & best seller. This well-balanced and full-bodied brew combines medium roast Colombian with Viennese roast Indonesian and French roast Peruvian coffees.
The Story
When creating our house blend, we wanted to create a coffee blend that would mirror the rich history of the Old City neighborhood in Philadelphia. The South American coffees in this blend bring a light and bright acidity to this blend that feels a lot like new beginnings; Old City was the birthplace of our nation, and our Old City Blend is the perfect way to start fresh each day. Freshly roasted in the heart of Philadelphia, this best-selling blend is our love letter to coffee and this city of brotherly love that we are proud to call home.
