Our Organic Java Taman Dadar comes from the Koperasi Serba Usaha co-op, founded in 2015 to bring together smallholder farmers in the Kayumas and Taman Dadar regions of Java. With about 150 members - spanning first through fourth generation farmers - this cooperative is dedicated to producing high-quality, Organic-certified coffee while sustaining diverse crops like avocado, ginger, and durian. Grown on small family farms averaging just 2–2.5 hectares, this wet-hulled coffee delivers the hallmarks of Java’s tradition: a full body, low acidity, and smooth notes of cedar, dark chocolate, and vanilla, with a gentle sweetness that makes it a timeless offering on our menu.
